Property and Cancellation Policies

CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. 1 night penalty per room cancelled between 15 and 8 days before arrival
  2. 100% penalty if you cancel 7 days before arrival.
  3. 100% penalty in case of no-show or early departure.
  4. From December 26th to January 6th, it is non-refundable and 100% must be paid at the time of booking.
  5. From December 26th to January 6th, the minimum stay is 5 days.
  6. Rates are in US dollars and do not include 19% taxes (16% federal, 3% local). The charge will be processed in Mexican pesos, calculated according to the exchange rate of the day. Note: All on-site payments in US dollars will be processed using the hotel's exchange rate.
  7. Reservations made with discounts or promotions cannot be cancelled.
  8. Any changes to your booking must be received no less than 30 days before your original arrival date via email; changes are subject to availability.
  9. We do not accept cancellation requests by phone.
  10. All credits issued are valid for one year from the original cancellation date. A credit can only be used for room reservations at Los Arrecifes and cannot be used for additional services. A credit can be transferred to another person with your written authorization and is subject to availability.
  11. All refunds for cancellations will be made via bank transfer, including the cost of the transaction.
  12. Once your booking has been processed, you will receive a booking confirmation email that describes a summary of your booking.

  14. Payments can be made by credit or debit card (Visa or MasterCard), PayPal, cash, or bank transfer. PayPal payments will incur an additional 4.5% fee. Please contact us for bank transfer details. Securing your booking with a credit card signifies your acceptance of our cancellation policy.
  15. The remaining balance of your total reservation cost, including taxes, is due upon arrival at Los Arrecifes. Los Arrecifes accepts cash (Mexican pesos, US dollars, and euros) and credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express).
  16. Traveler's checks are no longer accepted. Alternatively, you can pay your balance by bank transfer.
